Bed Pros Mattress Largo

I’ll get the complaint out of the way. So I have an adjustable bed frame and the mattress keeps sliding off the platform. I feel like that should be known and a grip should have come with it. I’ll buy one but wasn’t prepped for that at all. Other than that the service was great. The sales manager, Johnathan, took his time and listened to what we were looking for and we tried the bed thing where you confirm your bed type and we actually picked the bed it suggested. And he was super excited for us. We love the mattress been sleeping real good on it. Would recommend this place to people looking.

Absolutely fantastic experience, Jonathan was very knowledgeable and made sure to help us get the best mattress for our needs. Process was super smooth!

Thank goodness for Jonathan at the Mattress Warehouse in Largo! I had looked at several stores and wanted to show my husband what I was talking about. He didn’t know what an adjustable base was🙃 It was Super Bowl Sunday and I’m sure that Jonathan would rather have been at a party. But he patiently explained to us the details about the bedframe and all of the options. We looked at each other and said let’s do it! There was a mixup at delivery and Jonathan went above and beyond to make it right. My husband and I have both been in sales and truly appreciated his foliowup and continued communication. This guy is going places👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I love my new mattress. Service and delivery was great! One thing that really stood out for me was that they kept us informed. They messaged us every step of the way right up to delivery. No complaints, they were great!

Jonathan Banks was a terrific, informative sales person. Very friendly, down to earth personality with a great sense of humor. Knows his products and listens to you the customer for what you’re looking for by for.
