We had a great experience with Steve K. at Mattress Warehouse. He educated us on the different mattresses available for our sleeping style and then we were able to test a few out. We enjoyed his stories as he was processing our sale. He's a great gentleman and he gave us a great deal on our new mattress!

After weeks of contemplation (we’re planners if you can’t tell), we finally decided to go shopping for a new mattress and wow are we glad we did!! We had planned to go to the RTG nearby but saw this Mattress Warehouse while we were on the way and decided to stop in. We were greeted by Steve who helped my boyfriend and I complete the sleep test machine (this is definitely not what it’s called but I can’t remember the name) which was a fun and interesting experience. Steve was so friendly, helpful, and easy to talk. We probably spent more time laughing and chatting with him than we did actually trying out mattresses. Even though this was our first stop and we wanted to shop around, we had pretty much decided on exactly what bed we wanted and that we wanted to buy it from Steve @ Mattress Warehouse. The rest of the stores we visited that day had way higher prices and running away from their pushy salespeople made the rest of our shopping experience subpar. All we talked about the rest of the day was how much we looked forward to coming back to Mattress Warehouse and giving Steve our business instead of these other companies. My boyfriend went in the next day and bought the Serta iDirections Eco Aurra Extra Firm. We had spent the evening doing our homework to figure out exactly what we want. I had to work so I couldn't be there when my bf went to buy it. I was worried the price I had in mind would go up quickly once he sat down at the table. To my surprise, that was not the case at all! We got unexpected savings and the overall cost was very reasonable. On delivery day and the day before, we got reminders about the delivery with ETA updates. Nice system for tracking that by the way (I’m a logistics nerd)! Upon arrival, the gentlemen who assisted us were super polite and considerate. They unfortunately struggled to fit the fabric cover of the base on but it was an otherwise perfect delivery. The gentlemen demonstrated the size mismatch issue and took the time to actually lay the cover down the best he could without fitting it over the corners so our mattress was still protected. I’m sure when we call in when they re-open tomorrow about the cover fitting issue swapping it out will be as easy as everything else has been. Thank y’all so much for our super comfortable bed! My alarm clocks are having to work hard lol
