Bed Pros Mattress St. Petersburg - Tyrone

My partner and I went into the store Saturday 11/8/2025 to purchase a mattress due to my partner's muscle illness, which required a better quality bed. She is currently having to sleep on the couch, which isn't ideal so we were in desperate need for a bed. Even with her limited mobility, we made it into the store so that she could try out which bed fit her best with her current extensive flareup. We met the sales associate, Jonathan Banks, who was kind and assisted us in selecting a model with the adjustable base- roughly $1500 sale, which is significant. He advised it would get delivered Wed. He reached out to us and advised there was an issue with deliver and it would get delivered Thursday. We were okay with this since it would be the next day. Thursday I got everything prepared for them to remove the old bed and box to place the new bed and base. Now, I am being informed that it is not getting delivered yet again. And instead of assisting with solutions, the representative felt the need to tell my partner that what he does know is they won't go back to deliver this bed and that essentially he couldn't do anything. This company's lack of communication after a sale and the crass response when we had an issue is incredibly upsetting. Is this how this company treats individuals with disabilities? If so, please let us know so I can inform others. The only resolution at this time for us is this bed getting delivered so my partner doesn't continue to suffer and I get what I paid for. This item is in stock and should have been delivered here but this company is demonstrating to us that once they take your money, you're on your own.

We needed a bed frame and we had already visited all of the big-box stores, and then we stepped into our local “Bed Pro’s” store to compare quality and price. I was fortunate to have consulted with Tony Alfonso, and Tony went above and beyond by asking all the questions that helped me determine the appropriate frame size at the right price point; Tony delivered on his promise to have the frame in stock by the following business day, and he completed the sale by going above and beyond for the sale by securing the item and thereby assisting us with the loading and delivery. Tony was pleasant, professional and customer focused; if you want more than just an order taker, then you need to seek out Tony @ Bed Pro’s @ 4021 Park St N in St Pete for service before, during, and after the sale; Bed Pro’s certainly exceeded our expectations, and we’re very grateful for all their help!!

I was very disappointed at other mattress shops in the area and I had come to this haven and it was one of the greatest decisions I had ever made. I had in mind what i wanted but didn't know exactly what it was. Matt had helped me with his expertise and guidance. I had found the bed for me, brilliant. I wish i had more bedrooms so that i could keep purchasing from this place!

This is our 3 bed purchase. Mike is an exceptional salesman, personable, knowledgeable and not high pressure. Mike answered all my questions. We purchased the mattress on Wednesday, delivered Friday and set up by your two delivery guys, very professional and friendly. Mike updated me about delivery thru the day and called this morning to make sure everything was great and it was !! Great Team !!!! I will refer my friends to Mike at the Tyrone store.
