What resonated most with us was his passion and belief in his products. With Chad’s background and experience in the mattress industry, he patiently explained how BedR Mattress differs from other leading sellers. After doing our own research, we found weaknesses in the big-name brands, while BedR consistently came out on top. We truly appreciated Chad's no-pressure sales approach—he even encouraged us to shop around to weigh our options. Once we knew what to look for, choosing BedR Mattress for our new home in Knoxville was an easy decision. We got our first mattress here about four years ago, and we still love it! Went back recently to get a mattress for our guest room and the owner, Chad, was so nice and helpful! He helped us find what we were looking for and it was under our budget. There wasn’t any pressure to buy, and they had mattresses for all price ranges! If we need another mattress we’ll be coming back here.

Honestly, most of our experiences were either pushy salespeople or folks who didn’t seem to really know what they were talking about. That completely changed when we went to Bed’r Mattress. Chad (the owner) was awesome—super friendly, really knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured at all. We actually ended up staying past closing, and he didn’t rush us one bit. He just wanted to make sure we felt good about our decision. He even offered to help us get rid of our old mattress whether we bought from him or not, which says a lot. We like supporting local businesses when we can, and this was easily the best experience we had anywhere. Definitely worth checking out if you’re mattress shopping.
