Rooms To Go

We had a great experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We were looking for a couch but came through the back door, which we didn’t realize is actually like a different store! Someone from there brought us to Ron, and he was great! We had an idea of what we wanted going in so Ron asked what we were looking for and took us around to different sectionals with the look I was looking for. It’s not like going to a car lot which I love. Ron wasn’t pushy, he didn’t follow us around the entire time. He let us know he was there if we needed him and checked on us a couple of times, but gave us space, which we really appreciated! I hate going places and feeling like I’m being stalked by sales people. 🤣 We found a sectional we loved and Ron went over all payment options, protection plans, and explained them well. My husband almost said no to the protection plan, but off the top of his head Ron said it would only add about $10 a month. We have 3 kids so for that price, it was a no brainer! The only thing is we picked one of their best sellers so it’s going to take almost 2 months to get delivered, but Ron was up front and we knew that before ordering. I’m just sad because I absolutely cannot wait for our new couch!! lol. Overall great experience and we would shop here again!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Rooms To Go while furnishing my new living room and bedroom. I honestly didn't know where to start, but I was incredibly lucky to work with Sarah. She was phenomenal patient, attentive, and she has a fantastic eye for design. She helped me pull together some truly awesome pieces that fit my vision perfectly. I did run into a stressful situation shortly after my initial purchase due to some unexpected changes with my moving dates. I had to cancel my entire order, and I felt absolutely terrible about it. When I was finally settled a few weeks later and went back to reorder everything, I realized that Sarah didn't get the sales credit for the final purchase, which she 100% deserves. Even though the system didn't reflect the sale under her name, I want to make it known that her expertise and high level of service were the sole reasons I returned to this location. If you are shopping at this store, ask for Sarah she made a daunting task easy and fun. Rooms To Go is lucky to have her on their team!

My mom and I came in to look at a couch and armchair for my living room. We were helped by Mikayla who was so kind and went over all the options for me on the different bundles they do! We browsed a bit and she would pop over but not too much like at some places where it feel like the salesperson is your shadow. In the end we settled on a lovely set quick and easy with a delivery date already open that worked perfectly for me!

We had a great experience purchasing some new living room furniture. It was no pressure. The sales Rep was helpful and informative. Delivery was extremely quick. So far the quality and comfort is great too. I would definitely recommend them!

Kevin made this experience incredibly awesome! He danced us along an oasis of furniture bliss and wrapped us in care, confidence and joy!
