The wife and I went to Mattress Firm because of their 4.9 rating. I can absolutely see why they have such a high rating. Amy was fantastic, really knows her stuff and made our purchase decision very easy. Excellent service!

I bought a mattress from Tyler at Mattress Firm on Kingston Pike several years ago and was very pleased. I went back this Thanksgiving to purchase a twin mattress & boxsprings for my grandson’s Christmas gift. Tyler and then Amy helped me pick out a great mattress at a great price & discount. Another absolutely wonderful experience at Mattress Firm. Excellent service and great help We wanted to get a king mattress to match the Queen that we had purchased last year. They looked it up for us but it had been discontinued so Amy found the exact mattress we were looking for based on that old one. She is a 100% Sleep Expert. I know if we ever need another mattress we’ll be going here.

Tyler went above and beyond to help us find our perfect mattress. He was educational and helpful without being pushy. He was also so patient and helped entertain our 15 month old while we shopped. He worked to find us the best pricing possible which we really appreciated. We will definitely be back if we ever need another mattress in the future!
