Living Spaces

Very disappointed with our experience at Living Spaces. We purchased a sofa set for over $2,000 and were encouraged to buy a $300+ warranty, but the coverage was never clearly explained. After only 6 months, the fabric started showing issues, and when we tried to use the warranty, it took nearly 2 months to get assistance through a third-party company. We claim warranty again recently because the fabric is so disgusting in my opinion! We were repeatedly told the damage was “normal wear and tear,” which is hard to accept for furniture that is only a few months old. The fabric quality is poor, and the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive when we visited the store seeking support. Overall, we feel misled about the warranty coverage and are extremely unhappy with both the product quality and customer service. Unfortunately, we will not be purchasing from Living Spaces again.

Living Spaces is a fantastic destination for furniture shopping. Not only do they offer a wide range of stylish and affordable pieces, but their warehouse is also incredibly spacious. The clearance sale area is definitely worth exploring for some amazing deals, and the service team is always helpful and supportive. As an added bonus, they provide delivery services, making the entire shopping experience seamless and convenient.

If my rating was about my in store experience, I would rate it 5 stars. However this rating is regarding my experience afterwards. My furniture was returned damage which is always disappointing. My only reason to not be concerned is about a warranty on everything, I have one to many bad experience from similar situations. However the worst part about my experience is I visited the store serval times. I was making a very large purchase to refurbish three rooms in my home. I spent hrs with the in store representatives. I built a rapport, they knew what I wanted. They knew my expectations. I had an issue with one of my purchases and I wanted to clarify if it was a misunderstanding or was the representative unclear about my ask and expectations. I call to leave a message for the rep as I know they are on the floor serving customers or at least a manager at the store that I can describe the concern to and will at least be familiar with the store and/ or the situation. I was told that's not possible, they can't received inbound calls and I would need to go back into the store. If it would not be such an annoyance, I would cancel my entire purchase and have them come pick these items back up. These purchases are in most cases significant purchases for people. I understand you what you people on the floor, however you should in cases of escalation be able to speak to a manager at that location and not have to drive 40 minutes to address a concern that could be answered in 5 minutes if you had the courtesy of phone call to the location. It's the same feeling of being pushed to offshore. It infuriating and very disappointing!

Great customer service, Great Prices In and out fast, compared to other furniture stores that I went to. I would recommend to others to come here to Living spaces , for Great services. And also would like to thank Jesus for being our sales Associates he showed us the features of the recliner chair on how to use it and what the button what it did. again great Job Jesus. he did a wonderful job 👏 🙌 on helping us out. I purchased a coffee table set and matching console from Living Spaces in Phoenix AZ. This place has wonderful prices, beautiful furniture and accessories. The building is very clean and organized. The sales team do not work on commission but they are always available for questions. Special shout out to Sales Team, Yussef, Eric, Megan, and Cardynne. They were professional and fun to work with. The delivery drivers Saul was professional and fast. We will definitely be returning for our next furniture shopping project. Thank you Living Spaces! Also, delivery drivers Manuel and Juan for the exchange were awesome with assembly part replacement.
