Bedzzz Express

Mark was very helpful and friendly! Always had a smile on his face and reached out to me several times to see if my bed frame was ready. He was fun to talk to and found a mattress that fit my needs. The delivery guys were incredibly nice and polite during the whole experience. It rained during delivery of my mattress and they apologized for the mattress getting slightly wet during the process. Would recommend this store 10/10 customer service.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!!! I made an order the beginning of the month August 2023 for over $1k for two mattresses and haven’t received anything except a confirmation email and a statement of them taking the money out on my bank app. I’ve called, I’ve emailed and everything and haven’t got a response. Update:: They contacted me after writing this review and asked to send my confirmation email and I replied with photos of the email showing what I ordered and how much was spent…. Well again no response to that, very disappointed with their communication. Still nothing and it’s been close to a month, very ridiculous on how they’re handling this New update: 9/14/23 Bill finally made things right and got to the bottom of where my items were and had them delivered today. Along with what I ordered he also included a sheet set bundle for my long wait. I think it should’ve been two since it was two mattresses and that long of a delay but I’m just happy to have my items and want to say thank you Bill for making sure I did.

Dustin is a great salesman and is very knowledgeable with the products. I will absolutely use his store again if needed. Great experience. He had my bed instore next day after ordering it, even after the truck was already full according to his warehouse manager. He made it happen anyways! Thanks again Dustin. -Brad

Bill McIntyre provided me with a great purchasing experience on a new adjustable king size bed. Bill was very helpful, personable, knowledgeable, and truly concerned about my bedding needs. The memorial day sales prices were great and I got a fantastic deal. I will always buy bedding from Bedzzz Express!

Great customer service. Bill McIntyre, store manager, was very helpful. He found the mattress for us in a matter of minutes. We told him what we wanted and the 1st mattress he showed us was perfect. We tried others but went back to the first one. If you need a new mattress, go see Mr Bill.
