Bedzzz Express

We are return customers and Logan is the new Manager. We found Logan was Polite, Educational, and Informative. No pressure to purchase. Answered all our questions. This lead to our purchase of two mattress's. Great to have a local vendor with such knowledge and graciousness. If you wish to know mattress products Logan is your guy. And Bedzzz has competitive pricing. Dr. B.

I visited the store in Owens Cross Roads with a good idea of what I wanted, but I wanted the help and advice from someone who understands the products. Thank goodness I went to Bedzzz Express, and that location in particular because Mark was there with all the information I needed but without giving me any high pressure sales tactics. He quickly understood what I was asking and directed me towards the perfect purchase in my budget, and he went out of his way to arrange for the quickest delivery and setup possible. I will definitely be back for any future bedding purchases and I highly, highly! recommend Mark at this store!!

Mark was extremely helpful! We came in 3 minutes til closing on a Saturday and we’ll Mark wasn’t rude and happily welcome us in. He was honest and upfront even learned something new about mattresses before leaving. Needless to say we walked away with a Serra and pleased with our choice.

Easily the BEST experience we have ever had when trying to purchase a mattress. Brian was a fantastic sales associate. We have been places where there is only one associate on the floor and help is non-existent, but Brian was an excellent multitasker! He welcomed and addressed everyone that walked through the door while closing a sale with one customer and pausing when needed to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable and never tried to push the most expensive brand on us. He gave us all the facts and his ultimate goal was that we walk out comfortable and happy! We had our two little girls with us and thought we would be so stressed having them with us, but Brian easily made it the BEST and fastest buying experience! Thank you for a great experience! Brian is a true asset to the company!

I am a returning customer. I purchased two "Purple" mattresses in December 2023. I recently purchased a third "Purple" mattress in January 2025. I received the same superb service from Mark P that I experienced in 2023. He ensured I got the best price possible. In addition, the delivery experience was excellent and efficient. Once again, I strongly recommend this Bedzzz Express for your mattress needs.
