Bought my first mattress from Bedz Express 11 years ago.... Went faulty in three so I was convinced by a sales manager to upgrade to a better version with a 20 year warranty (he did NOT inform me that the warranty started from the first purchase date). 8 years later, or 11 depending on how you count it, I went back as my mattress was a disaster to talk about the warranty. The new manager told me that there is no possible way my new mattress would have a 20 year warranty. Multiple times of communication and it turns out we do have a 20 year warranty as it is a "I" warranty code according to the manual. Manager still has never responded to last email with proof of the warranty even though I told him I would be able to remove the stain. My solution - never use a mattress store again and we'll just buy better ones from Costco or Sam's Club. So many good solutions in a box now for half the price and we won't have to worry about a warranty that won't be honored. Poor and terrible service. I can't STAND BEING LIED TO and made to beg for warranty coverage.

Mark was knowledgeable and honest about different types of mattresses, and helped us find the best fit for our needs and our budget. He also gave us some extra maintenance tips we didn't know before to help extend the life of our new mattress. Chris and Tyler were prompt and helpful with the drop-off, arriving in the first half of the delivery window and offering to carry everything into the house for us. Everything in our order was packaged neatly for complete protection in transit and easy handling in installation.

We recently went looking for my daughter a new bed, went all over town trying to find a good mattress that will last her on into her teens, Mark was very nice and professional, never once felt pressured to buy. He helped inform us on different things with different mattresses. When we found the one that we wanted, which was already on sale, he checked the manufacturer website because they occasionally run 2 day specials which could help lower our price. Mind you we had no problem paying the sale price as it already was better priced for the quality than any of the other stores we had been to. He was able to save us an additional $100 for a high quality mattress with a lifetime warranty. Rarely am I impressed with a salesman, but he has definitely earned out future business.

We have purchased beds here three times and will be back again when the need arises. We've always received great advice without the sales pressure at other mattress stores. Brian Dunn helped us out with a purchase today and it was a great experience. He helped us find the type of bed we were looking for, explained the features, and stepped away so we could discuss the options. He handled all questions professionally yet he was very personable and taking care of the paperwork took minutes. Don't bother shopping the other mattress stores!
