Bel Furniture - Pasadena

Great experience with Luis at Bel Furniture. He was knowledgeable and was not a pushy salesman. He listened to what we needed and took us directly to what would be our best option. The whole buying experience was quick and easy.

We came here to get furniture and Luis was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! We came twice to confirm what furniture and everything we wanted and we liked him so much we didn’t want anyone else the second time we came in. He explained everything so well, went back and forth through the whole store with us, walked us through the whole process, showed us literally everything we needed and was an angel through it all.

Patricia was incredibly helpful and patient while helping me find the perfect mattress. She made the entire process smooth, easy, and stress-free. I really appreciate her excellent customer service!

They have good stuff but as far as delivery prepare for a headache. I was first told they would deliver between the hours of 2:30 and 4:00. They showed up at 7 a didn’t have all the material . I was told to call Monday and they should come the next day prepared but no . Then They go into telling me they only deliver to my area on saturdays , mind you I already took off that Saturday and this happened . But not only that , I have to wait no one but two weeks for someone to come back out .

Patricia provided us with a lot of assistance in being able to find the right bedroom set for us without putting pressure on just trying to make a sell. She was able to answer questions to ensure we got the best deals during Memorial Day weekend sales.
