I’ve purchased several pieces of furniture from Bel Furniture over time, and I recently returned to buy a round pedestal dining table with a Lazy Susan that will be delivered this Saturday. I wanted to share my experience because great customer service deserves to be recognized. During a previous purchase, I had a delivery issue with a bed frame. The manager personally stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure I had a bed to sleep on while the situation was being corrected. She literally came with tools and made sure I wasn’t left sleeping on the floor. That showed me that she truly cares about her customers and stands behind the store’s service. When I came back to shop again, I had the pleasure of working with my sales representative, Gracie. She was bubbly, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She told me several times how much she loves her job, and you could truly see it in the way she treated customers and carried on conversations. Her positive attitude made the shopping experience enjoyable. The manager was busy in the warehouse when I first arrived—I was hoping to thank her again—but when she finally came out, she immediately remembered me and even remembered my granddaughter. That meant a lot. She ended up helping finalize my purchase and was just as warm and welcoming as before. Because of the care and service I received from both the manager and Gracie, I felt confident returning to Bel Furniture for my dining table purchase. I’m looking forward to my delivery this weekend and appreciate the great customer service from the team.

We had a great experience with bel furniture auger land store. The manager was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Special thanks to Grace for her patience, kindness, and excellent customer service. She helped us choose the right furniture and made everything easy and smooth. When the furniture arrived, everything was professionally wrapped and protected. The delivery and setup team assembled everything in a very organized and professional way. We are very happy with the overall experience and highly recommend this store!

Always feels good shopping at Bell furniture . Manager Yadira , and Mr Nanda were very helpful in making a decision with my purchase . Manager Yadira , Mr Nanda visually showed what my purchase would look like which was helpful. Anthony had great front desk customer service. Culture and winded up my transaction with good humorous conversation. .

I was delivered this king bedroom set yesterday. Before the delivery driver left I explained the dresser was very wobbly and didn’t seem secured. He blamed my floor not being leveled which was a poor excuse. He hurried and asked for a signature so I figured I would take it up with customer service. After they left I went to sweep under the bed from all of the debris and found that the legs that hold the boards weren’t installed properly and left poorly. Also noticed many scratches and defects in the dresser and bed. Sadly I didn’t receive the nightstands with that I purchased because I was called the day before my delivery to reschedule those. I called customer service to report the complaint and was asked to submit photos and I sent them over as requested. I spoke with Yadira (mgr) whom offered an exchange, cancellation with 25% restocking or store credit for something else per the contract. I refused all because I feel like there are always extenuating circumstances that supersedes a contract and I feel I’ve given enough supported documentation. I called corporate and was told the same thing. This review is just a buyer beware of the quality of merchandise you purchase. I was told this piece was Amish handmade wood and it’s not even close to it. I’m highly disappointed with the service that I’ve received and I don’t have trust that anything else will have quality. I’ve attached photos of the bed and also the trash/blade that was left in my driveway after the delivery driver left as well.
