Upon entering this establishment it was clean quiet. The staff member was very knowledgeable of the mattresses in his store. We were looking for a two-sided mattress. He showed us several different styles and comfort levels I would recommend this store to anyone who really wants a good mattress. They can customize your fit for the mattress and that was very interesting to me. Please stop in you'll enjoy your visit.

My daughter is a first responder who works nights, and the saleswoman went out of her way to ensure she could get the last delivery of the day on the exact day she is to move in, so she wouldn’t be woken up during her daytime sleep. My husband and I recently purchased a mattress from Best Mattress. I looked on their website first, and was able to tell the salesperson what line I thought would fit our budget when we arrived at the showroom. He was very respectful of that while showing us our options and explaining the differences, and never tried to up-sell us to a "fancier" line, which I greatly appreciated! The mattress was delivered on schedule, and I was contacted at all the times the salesperson told me we would be. The two men who delivered the mattress were very professional and competent. We received outstanding customer service while purchasing a very comfortable mattress, made right here in SC! That's an experience hard to beat.
