Mr. Boston was amazing to work with. He took his time helping us find the perfect memory‑firm mattress and made sure we got a great deal. His knowledge, patience, and customer service were truly top‑tier. We left feeling confident in our purchase and well taken care of. Highly recommend asking for him 😊
View on GoogleI recently had a most pleasant and successful shopping experience at this store, where I went to arrange a mattress return and look for a replacement. The manager Terri could not have been more welcoming, friendly, and helpful as she patiently showed me numerous options and discussed their features, and her associate Xavier was also helpful. Terri gave me a good deal on the replacement I chose and arranged next day pickup and delivery, which was a most welcome surprise. I was very pleased with the excellent service—and I’m very pleased with my new mattress.
View on GoogleI had an excellent experience with this business. Ms. Terry is an asset to Mattress Firm Outlet. She went above and beyond. She is professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The other staff members in the store, today, (5/24/26), were also professional, as well as friendly. I would recommend this business. I wish I could give them more than five stars.
View on GoogleBoston was very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful! He pointed out things on mattresses that I never even considered. He was patient as I asked many questions! What I LOVED most of all was he wasnt just trying to sell me the most expensive bed in the store, he was truly invested in making sure I get the right bed for me!
