Anytime I need new furniture I go here. I’ve never had a bad experience. I bought a bed for $500 flat and I searched the mattress on Google and it was $1500 on the actual website. I got a steal! Will always come back here! 🤑🤑 I also did pickup so I had furniture the same day.

Worst company ever! I put a deposit down for some furniture like sales person said “Mary” Because I did like the furniture I saw there. However, shopping around I found something else I loved and actually purchased it. I told Mary I would like a refund and she said okay we can do that. However I still haven’t gotten my refund. The crazy thing that stood out to me Mary said dispute the charge with your bank (RED FLAG) Now the store phone is disconnected and she stop replying to my text messages on her personal phone! I do not recommend at all!

I cannot believe this place. I wish I had done my research before I went here. I ordered my bunk bed and mattress 2 weeks ago they promised me they would deliver my bed on the 5th of April. I waited till then and stayed from work because of it. The day came and I give them a call to make sure what time they are delivering. I did not get a straight answer and was told the boss is in a meeting and that they would contact me in an hour. One hour turned in to 2,3,4,and 5 before I decided to call them back. I cannot believe the amount of waste I have went through with theses people. If you want to run a business be straight forward with your customers and fulfill your promise. I could have gotten my bed by now had I done my research and avoided this mess of a place. I'm going back to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I’m going to assume the person talking to be was the owner. Since he told me he bought his furniture from Vietnam and paid more than $1000 for it. I asked about a price for a certain bedroom set that I seen exactly at ROOMS TO GO. He told me that bedroom set was $2500. I told him I seen the exact same bedroom set at ROOMS TO GO for only $995.00. He proceeded to tell me, “well then you need to go over there. Why you come over here?”. With shock I told him I WILL! Very rude! The only reason I didn’t buy from ROOMS TO GO. Is because they told me it would be a 5 month wait for delivery. That’s why I chose to look else where. But certainly I will not buy from here. Bad attitude and bad customer service. Now I can see why they have such low ratings. Plus I seen on so many other reviews from others they deliver damage furniture.

Aweful people they took a friends deposit delivered no furniture it had been 4 weeks and when he went back for his deposit they called him names and threw him out of the store and would not give him his money. They pretty much stole his money. horrible people and lousy furniture.
