Ashley Store

We bought our first couch from Ashley after using hand me downs for many years. We’re so happy we made this purchase! We worked with Gerson to find a couch that fit our budget and our space exactly. The entire team at the store was kind and welcoming, even though it took us several visits to find the right item for our home. Delivery and the warranty are great add-ons. We will definitely be going back in the future. Highly recommend!

The buying experience was fabulous! Our salesman was attentive but not over aggressive. He let us look on our own and we sought him out when we had questions. The delivery experience is a different story. They were 2 hours late. Their arrival times was between 11:30 and 2:30. They did not arrive until almost 5:30. I had to cancel plans with family due to their tardiness.

I came into the store super late, just before closing to see if they had a couch. I was looking at online before I made an order. I was working on a super tight budget and they didn’t have the one I was looking for in store. The salesman was great and he actually helped me get what I really wanted, but didn’t think I could afford with delivery and a protection plan and kept it in my budget. Now I’m waiting on my GREEN couch and I could not be happier! Will update with photos as soon as it is delivered.

I had a FANTASTIC stress-free shopping experience. No pushy salesman or tactics. Awes H. was personal and cordial. He took his time with me and that spoke volumes. Awes pulled some numbers and gave a satisfied purchase price. Customer relations is #1 with me. KJ took the time to introduce himself and reinforced the experience! I got the living room set needed and am pleased with the selection without having to go online. These two Ashley reps need to stay on the payroll. Thanks guys.
