This review is for the one on 3818 Nolensville pike location- can’t seem to find it in google anymore.*** Terrible customer service! I have bought from them several times and it seems like if it’s not one thing it’s another. Back in April/may I bought a whole bedroom set I was told I would get the dresser and nightstand separately because they had to order it. I asked how long they said not long - they have been giving me the run around since. I have asked for updates repeatedly and they never seem to know anything I have asked to speak to the owner several times and have only been met with attitude and said I can not talk to him . I ask for an update and they never text me back or call back. It’s October the 3rd and I STILL have not gotten my stuff- keep in mind I already paid for it. I talked to them 2 months ago saying I was going to get the night stand shipped from California and here we are 2 months later. I WILL NEVER buy from them again.

Bad service ! Me and my husband bought a bedroom set almost 4,000 dollars and also paid a bedroom protection for it if anything was to happen to the bed ,after we finish paying it off it broke from one of the sides that the hooks go attached to, so we had to put a heavy box underneath so it could stay up and I called them and they gave me this number to text only ! Send picture's and details where it broke, they never texted me but man! we went there like 10 times, and said they will resolve in a week they had me like that for almost a month and the location it's 30 mins from where we live, I called again after going there a bunch of times and even ask for the owner or managers number and they couldn't give it to me🙄 and told me AGAIN that they will call me back in a week and never did I was going to buy a living room set there but not with the bad service and that's why we paid a bedroom protection and can't even get a damn new headboard! like never going there and do not recommend

Good customer service

No good at all.. I bought a set sofas but in less than a year peel off. I did try to contact them about my experience their product and the only thing They do is they gave me a number to send a text message but can't make any calls. N nobody text or call back . I did send pictures of my sofa to this number but they never call or text back.. looks like they don't care about customers after products are already paid..
