Big Sandy Superstore

Amanda was awesome!!! Very knowledgeable! She gave me every bit of information I asked for without hesitation. She also gave us space to roam around and talk about pro’s and cons of different furniture while making sure that if we had questions she was available. I was very impressed with her the moment I approached the entrance to the store since she was standing there to politely great me and offer assistance. Everything about buying the couch from this store was easy and simple.

I bought the most comfortable couch ever!! I didnt think I could bc it wouldnt fit in my house, but then Caleb (sales associate) came and told me how I could actually purchase the sectional in any way I wanted and be able to make it a straight sofa if I just didnt purchase the wedge. He was very very knowledgeable about all the options I had available to me. If it werent for him, I wouldnt have this couch.. and I LOVE this couch!! If you are needing any furniture, go see Caleb at Big Sandy Superstore in Teays Valley/Hurricane, Wv. He is friendly, kind and full of knowledge on all things furniture! We spent 2 hours looking around and Angie was so nice a kind to deal with our little decision and she did exceptionally great with us finding and choosing the perfect living room and dining room attire. We would highly recommend to ask for her when you come to the store.

I purchased a washer / dryer set at your store 5 to 6 years ago, they still work perfectly. Great place to buy your appliances.. The crew there know how to do their job!!! They know how to make you feel welcome at their location . Also they know how to do their job!!!! Thank you for being so loyal. I haven’t ever been treated with more respect!!! Thank you !
