So my wife and I had purchased a Tempur-Pedic split king with the Ergo adjustable platforms. We got the beds delivered, setup and everything went great. However my wife and I HATE how they sleep and we just weren’t a fan of the material after over a month of trying. Neither one of us could sleep through the night. So we went to inquire about a comfort exchange (I believe was the terminology). The original salesman wasn’t there, but Kirby was and to say this woman went above and beyond is the understatement of the year. She was so kind, patient, and helpful (also funny which made things even better) getting us into something we really wanted. She answered all of our questions, gave us a breakdown on the prices of everything, she even called another store to inquire about inventory on a particular mattress. We just can’t say enough wonderful things about Kirby. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Sleep Outfitters give this awesome lady a bonus! Haha.
