3 reasons why they got 3 stars: 1 - the bed I purchased didn’t look like or feel like the same firm one I choose on their sales floor, the bed is already kind of sagging when I sit on it. 2 - during delivery he just dropped off the mattress & frame in my living room still wrapped without helping me set up. He was in a “rush” to leave. 3 - Found cheaper mattresses on Amazon, for better quality. Thanks for throwing in those free pillows!
View on GoogleExcellent selection and price. The owner is very friendly and professional. Not the usual run around and pricing game at most mattress stores. This is the place to buy, we are very happy with our adjustable queen bed! Update April 2025 Bought another bed in 2024 from the new owners. Same great service and quality. It's probably the best mattress I have ever owned next to the last one from here. I can not recommend this place and these people more. We purchased a split king adjustable base with mattresses. I will definitely go back next time I am in the market.
View on GoogleNot impressed. We bought 2 mattresses roughly 8 months ago. One was said to have warrenty issues within a month, do to sagging. Then I never heard back. Now the other mattress is sagging as well. We have bought mattresses in the past and didn't have issues for about 5 years. Honestly killing my back! Good luck.
View on GoogleJust moved to Fort Myers from Boston. Slept on an air mattress the first night, Did some searching for local stores, found this place via online advertisement. It reminded me of other types of family-owned stores I’ve bought from so I was cool with that and decided to head on over. Treated very nicely, shown the selection of memory foam types I was looking for, settled on a King mattress that from my research sells for $700-800 more retail on the direct website. I financed through one of their options before I arrived so purchase was fast- whole deal done in thirty minutes. Gentleman gave me ample time to discuss the price and option with my best friend on the phone and wasn’t pushy in the least. Then he delivered it like an hour later. Very positive experience; when I upgrade to a larger apartment or buy a house here- will go back. Would recommend this store to anyone for a fast deal and kind service.
View on GoogleI have to say this place in wonderful! I had purchased another mattress that just didn’t work for me but Rich the owner helped me find the perfect mattress. He was accommodating, kind and delivered the same day. I cannot say enough about him or the quality of my new mattress. I can sleep without pain again.
