El Dorado Furniture - Ft. Myers Boulevard

My husband and I stopped by El Dorado to browse furniture since we hadn’t visited in several years. We weren’t shopping for anything specific—we simply wanted to look around and see what was available. When we entered, we were greeted by Juana, who asked what we were looking for. We politely explained that we were just browsing. She asked again what we were specifically interested in, and my husband repeated that we were simply looking around and we were just looking for furniture. She responded as "obviously". We kinda laughed it off but her response came across somewhat rude, which made the whole interaction feel awkward. We completely understand that sales associates are there to assist customers and, ultimately, make sales. However, throughout our visit, it felt as though we were being closely monitored. No matter which room or section we walked into, Juana seemed to appear right behind us. While we recognize she may have been trying to be attentive, the constant presence made us feel uncomfortable rather than helped. A furniture showroom should be a place where customers can browse, compare options, and take their time without feeling pressured. Unfortunately, the experience felt more intrusive than welcoming, and instead of enjoying our visit, we found ourselves wanting to leave as quickly as possible.

Yadi was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about each product I inquired about, not to mention she did a great job assisting me in picking out certain furniture for my new home! I will continue using her expertise with future home decor ideas.
