The customer service from the employees was extremely disappointing. I just left the store after informing one of the employees that I wanted to order several items. At no point did the young man get up to assist me or verify what I needed. Instead, he remained talking with his coworker while I was waiting for service. This level of customer service is very unprofessional and unacceptable.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with El Dorado Furniture regarding a mattress purchase that caused severe discomfort and pain. My husband surprised me with a new mattress because I am pregnant and had already been dealing with neck pain. We truly believed this mattress would help improve my comfort and sleep. Instead, after sleeping on it for just one night, my pain became significantly worse — not only in my neck, but also in my shoulders and hips due to intense pressure points. What disappointed me most was the complete lack of understanding and compassion from the store regarding an exchange or store credit request, even though we contacted them within 24 hours. Laying on a mattress in a showroom for 10–15 minutes is completely different from actually sleeping on it for 8 hours. You cannot truly know how a mattress affects your body until you spend an entire night on it. As a pregnant customer dealing with worsening pain, I expected at least some level of customer care, flexibility, or willingness to help find a solution. Instead, I felt dismissed and ignored. Customer service should understand that mattresses are a health and comfort purchase, not just furniture. I strongly encourage future customers to carefully review the exchange and comfort policies before purchasing a mattress here, because once the mattress causes pain at home, you may not receive the support or understanding you expect.

A mattress is a major purchase tied directly to a person’s health, comfort, and quality of sleep. Customers should not feel ignored when a product causes worsening pain almost immediately. Policies are one thing, but compassion and customer care should matter too. I would strongly caution future buyers to fully understand El Dorado Furniture’s exchange/store credit policies before purchasing a mattress because if the mattress causes pain or discomfort after actual use, you may not receive the support or understanding you expect.

Great store people but calling customer service sucks specially if you get Germa she has no manners or knows how to speak well. Felt like she was eating more as had me more on hold than trying to help me, who leaves a customer that spent $10k in bedding and home furniture. I know I will shop somewhere else but that rep germa made me feel like I was her enemy than trying tk help me. Why you hiring people like this to be representing your business

Outlet store was OK The main store only around the corner is worth a visit. As you walk through the store you feel like you are in small small Italian villages. Large selection of furniture, mirrors and pictures
