We had a unique situation where we needed to furnish a rental, and we needed mattresses the night we arrived so we wouldn’t have to sleep on the ground in our home. I found Mattress By Appointment on Facebook marketplace and reached out prior to traveling down. Karen was a great communicator and gave me all the info I needed in a timely manner. We set the appt and she handed us off to Mike to finish off the process. Mike was so nice and he knew his stuff. He guided us with honesty based on our situation knowing we were furnishing a rental. He wasn’t pushy and helped talk us through our best options. The purchase process was smooth and easy, and then Mike packed up our mattresses and delivered them that same night for a very fair delivery cost. I recommend them to anyone looking for comfortable mattresses at a good price with amazing customer service. When we need more mattresses in the future, we will be coming back to Mattresses by Appointment to work with Mike and Karen!

Karen was fantastic with her prompt response to make an appointment and getting me all the location Details i needed. The store is Extremely clean and fully stocked with Mattresses to fit anyone’s needs. I walked in not being able to sleep through the night in a very long time. Mike greeted myself and my husband and listened intently to our needs. He did not rush us at all and wanted to make sure that we got exactly what we needed. He is OUTSTANDING and not only told us our mattress would be there the very same day, But delivered it himself! I LOVE THIS MATTRESS , it is exactly what we needed!
