Billy Bob`s Beds

My husband and I are hosting a guest and needed to find a box spring within the hour. We called around to so many stores and Billy Bobs was the only place to have the size we needed on hand. According to our receipt, a gentleman named Rafa helped us. He was extremely kind and helpful to us and got us exactly what we needed within our tight budget. We will definitely be returning for additional needs!

Spoke to Bob Mills warranty department still cannot give me an answer on my warranty repair. They do not have any idea when my part will come in. This has been going on for almost 2 months. Every time I called they gave me different answers just called today they tell me the part which just ordered yesterday but when I’ve been there before they told me to head over the part, all they’re doing is giving us to run around. I would never recommend them to anyone as as far as buying furniture.

Very happy with our purchase! The best selection, inventory and prices in San Antonio. Rafael was helpful and knowledgeable. This IS the place for buying a mattress.

Great Service & No Pressure salesman. Went to 3 different mattress chains and the prices were ridiculous. Found not only better pricing but also better service. I will forever buy all my mattresses from here on out. Thank you Billy Bob! 😀

My daughter and I were here a week ago. The man was professional, Informative.and friendly. He did a good job. I am unaware of what a good price is for delivery and pick up, but I feel we got a good deal. If I need a mattress, I will be coming here first. We both got a lavender pillow, and it is so comfortable.
