Sleep Number

Sales at this location was great. Will never own another smart number bed however. Make sure you can afford the upkeep before you buy! Bed worked for a while then the pump stopped connecting to Bluetooth or my internet/app. Called customer service and they wanted to replace the whole pump. This was going to cost me $269.05 (normally $579.99 but my warranty was still good). I am still able to use the remote to inflate and deflate the mattress, however I cannot use the app to find out my sleep stats. Thats half the reason I bought the bed. I declined the replacement pump. Told them I would use this now obsolete blow up mattress until the pump completely breaks and then buy an actual mattress. Luckily I purchased a remote for this thing, otherwise I would be stuck because the app wont connect. I really think going back to basics on everything is the way to go. So much "planned obsolescence" with things these days. Nothing is made with any quality, or to last. Lesson learned. Buyer beware.

This place is organized. She's person kind and courteous. Had a problem with mattress and found out still under warranty. He was honest. Thank you.

Had a great sales experience with James. We went to window shop several weeks earlier and made it clear we wouldn't be buying that day yet that didn't seem to affect how we were treated. It was one of the reasons we went back there and asked for James once we made our decision on a purchase. He was personable, professional and efficient and made sure all of our questions were answered (and brought up things we needed to know that we hadn't thought of too!). All around a great experience in the showroom with no high pressure tactics or upselling. The delivery team was also great, taking care when setting everything up and being respectful of our home. They were on time and efficient, limiting any interruption to our day! While mattress shopping isn't the most fun thing to do, these folks made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this location, since in addition to James, all the other employees we engaged with were very helpful and friendly too!

James is so awesome!! He is great people and really takes his time to get to know his customers. We continue to go to the store because we enjoy his conversation and his humor! Thank you James!!! YOU ARE THE BEST!!! Oh, but our bed is the bomb too! No buyers remorse here. We love our bed!

We were greated by James and we sat down and spoke about our sleep habits and our current bed and why we wanted a replacement. Nothing was high pressure. James was diligent in explaining the beds to us and urged us to lay in them and try each one we discussed. He did not rush us at all. I was so comfortable with him I opened up about medical struggles and sleep for me and he immediately understood what might be a solution for me and better sleep for both my husband and I. Once we decided on the bed he went through all the functions with us and what may be our best sleep number etc. We purchased the bed and are anxiously awaiting delivery. So many sales people are just over the top and completely annoying, but James was absolutely kind, helpful and understanding. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. James won't lead you into a sale, but into finding you the best solution.
