Factory Mattress

I am so pleased with my recent visit to Factory Mattress on Culebra. We worked with John G. and he was so helpful. He showed me everything I wanted to look at with no pressure whatsoever and was knowledgeable enough to be able to suggest what would be the best fit for my sleeping style. When I mentioned that I was looking to replace my bed due to a recent car accident he was able to help me out with getting part of my purchase covered. Once I picked out a new bed, John got me the best deal possible and secured 0% interest financing for me with zero hassle. Delivery was a breeze, even with my crazy schedule John was able to accommodate me on a Sunday afternoon! We got a text message to confirm our 3 hour window as well as a call letting us know when they were 30 minutes out. The delivery guys were very fast and efficient, even hauling away my old mattress and box spring, and left no mess behind. All in all, a super simple and easy process, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Brian has amazing customer service. He greeted me when I walked in, when I told him I didn’t know if I was looking for a box spring type bed or a ergonomic type bed he walked me through which mattress fit me best and what would work with my medical issues I have. He allowed me to test out several mattresses to find which one was most comfortable. Over all he was great and very thorough and helped me get the best price. Highly recommend coming here!

Originally I went to mattress firm and I’m so glad I didn’t buy there. Shelby was extremely knowledgeable about the products and answered every question I had very thoroughly. Absolutely no pressure. She was such a pleasure to work with. Delivery was top notch! Was given a 2 hour window but also received 2 phone calls with time updates. They were in and out in 20 minutes!

On 04/06/2025, my husband and I purchased a mattress at Factory Mattress. We had been comparison shopping for a mattress and visiting several mattress stores in San Antonio during the previous two weeks. We returned to Factory Mattress because we’d met “Shelby” at the Culebra location. She was personable, professional, and very knowledgeable regarding all of our questions. We learned a lot about the latest mattress improvements from her since it had been nearly ten years from our last King mattress purchase—from Factory Mattress. Shelby was also funny and outgoing which we really appreciated! Shelby is a wonderful representative for your company, and we just wanted to tell you thank you for having a great employee selling your product..Shelby made it a great experience.

Fantastic experience! We worked with Sherri who was amazing! She was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions and helped us find not one but TWO perfect, and different kinds of mattresses for our new home. She is such a people person! Highly recommend! Sherri’s boss needs to know what a great job she does!
