We were so happy to finally find a beautiful dining room table! And a added bonus was that it was on sale! Very easy to order on line and we were amazed that it would be delivered in just 2 days!! And it was, by 2 very friendly, professional and competent delivery men!! We can not recommend Blocker's Furniture enough, you will be very Happy!!! Thank you Blocker's!!! Joan and Reno

From entering Blockers, we are repeat customers, we were greeted by the salesman Tom. We were looking for a sectional for our LR. We found the perfect one in the discounted room that was exactly what we were looking for at half the cost. We will always make Blockers our first stop while shopping for furniture. There was absolutely NO pressure and nothing but the experience of shopping with a friend with our best interest at heart. Delivery guys were awesome!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and I had a terrible experience with Blocker’s Furniture. We have purchased furniture from them many times in the past and always had great experiences—until now. When we first arrived, the salesperson was very friendly, and we were fully prepared to purchase a furniture set totaling $7,600. We specifically asked about the delivery fee, and the salesperson told us, “It’s on me—no delivery fee.” We also asked if all the pieces were in stock, and he confirmed that they were. However, when we went to the counter to complete the purchase and provided our information, the associate began explaining the fees and included a delivery charge. My husband stopped her and explained that the salesperson had told us there would be no delivery fee. She then said they would need to deliver twice because not all the pieces were in stock, and therefore they would charge us the $40 delivery fee twice. I told her I was willing to walk away over $40 when we were about to spend $7,600. Her response was simply, “Well then, walk.” So, we did. We went to a competitor just around the corner who had all the pieces in stock and was willing to deliver this week. After years of loyal business, we are extremely disappointed with how we were treated.

Excellent experience at Blockers when searching for a sectional to replace one lost in Helene. I worked with Robbin and she was so patient and kind and helpful (for I was very nervous having to choose colors and fabrics) and the end result is fabulous. We just received our new sectional and I absolutely love it. Plus it’s so comfortable! So much better than the quickie furniture I received from the immediate suppliers; our sectional was made to order and we had to wait for it. So - I highly recommend Robbin AND the quality of the furniture Blockers supplies.
