Our salesman Nathan was absolutely wonderful and we would give him more then 5 stars if it were an option! He welcomed us into the store and made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. He actively listened to our concerns, and was sure to explain everything in detail so there were no surprises. Went in with a very skeptical husband who was adamant about not getting a new bed. Lili was very knowledgeable and answered his million questions, sometimes more than once. We purchased the i8 and are currently awaiting delivery. The ability to change each side to an exact comfort level will be very useful because we both have different sleep preferences.
