Mattress Firm Clearance Center Southwest College Road

My wife and I had been to three different mattress stores looking for two beds to place in an unfurnished bedroom in our home. The stores we had visited were indifferent to our needs. We stopped at Mattress Firm and were immediately greeted by a sales person that demonstrated interest in our needs and was ready to assist. The cost was reasonable and the service was great. Very pleased with Mattress Firm.

If I could leave less than a one star review, I would. At first, I really enjoyed the buying experience, the salesman was easy to work with and knowledgeable and I was happy walking out of the store. I bought my mattress on a Tuesday and was guaranteed delivery on a Thursday. I took off work And rearranged the bedroom I planed to put the mattress in and had the old mattress out on the porch on Thursday waiting for my delivery. The delivery truck texted me that they were 20 minutes away and so I continued to wait. An hour and a half later I still hadn’t seen the delivery truck so I called the store to find out that the delivery truck drivers claimed to have attempted delivery and never did. So that then pushed my delivery date another week out and my mattress that was sitting outside was ruined that was supposed to be taken off to the dump so I couldn’t sleep on it so now I was without a place to sleep. After we got all of that figured out a whole week later and finally got the mattress here the truck drivers refused to take the old mattress so now I’m stuck with it sitting in my yard. I never received a bill or The card associated with the financing and later on found out several weeks later that they had put a random address down different than my delivery address and mailing address i provided them and so the card was MIA. So I had to call the bank myself and fix it since the salesman somehow didn’t put my address in for the account. Everything that could go wrong with the sale went wrong and I am extremely dissatisfied with everything. I’d rather sleep on my floor than ever have to deal with this type of purchasing interaction again.

Our sales rep Jarrett was awesome. He shared a lot of information about the different Mattresses we were looking at and never tried to push us into making a decision. We were very impressed with his knowledge of all the different brands. Before going to Mattress Firm we had stopped at RTG and tried out several different Mattresses. However the sales person there kept leaving and never told us anything about them. Thus said, we purchased our mattress from Jarrett at Mattress Firm. If you are looking for a mattress we highly recommend Mattress Firm in Ocala on SW College Road. Ask for Jarrett, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a great experience with our salesman Chase. We were treated with respect, given great information, questions were answered, we couldn’t ask for more. (Very different than our horrible furniture experience with people who act like they have far better things to do then actually SELL when you are literally there to BUY!!.). We were a little hesitant to come here thinking it was just a big Chapin and they wouldn’t be helpful but we were completely wrong and had a fantastic experience. Would strongly recommend this store. Excited to get our new bed frame tomorrow!

Went to Mattress Firm to look at mattresses. Spoke with Jeff who was knowledgeable and professional. He spent a significant amount of time explaining the difference in mattresses as we tried several to see what best served our individual needs. We did find a great match, however, it was outside of our budget at this time. Our overall experience was great and we will keep Mattress Firm In mind for future needs.
