Mattress Firm Ocala Super Center

The haul out (my old mattress) and delivery of my new one was quick and efficient. The men who delivered my new mattress were very nice, wore protective shoe covers, and took extra care not to bang my walls. Erica was such a great help at the Ocala Super Center as well. Highly recommend.

We're on our 3rd exchange, so happy with mattress firm and their customer service. We tried the first two mattresses for about 90 days each and decided they were both too hard for my wife and I. Called the super center to see if there were any softer beds than what we had purchased. Nish was professional and super chill the whole time had us come back in to test a few he had in mind. We found the right one and were able to upgrade to the prosmart base as well. This store was great We had two children running around testing out beds and the staff was all really great with them. Great experience, 10/10 would recommend highly.

Kaitie was extremely helpful and patient with us. The best mattress shopping experience we have ever had. Choosing the right mattress is a big deal and without Kaitie we would have been lost. She even helped us save some money in the process.

Had a great experience buying our new mattress today. Great sale going on plus $300 gift card. I was able to get new sheets and mattress cover for my new mattress. Rachel did an excellent job telling us about the different mattresses we were trying to decide on.Also told us about the warranty that was available. Would definitely recommend this store.
