His friendly demeanor and deep product knowledge create a welcoming atmosphere that makes furniture shopping both enjoyable and productive. Travis & Brandon are fantastic resources at the store. We were looking to purchase a couch amongst other new additions to our apartment, and choose to go into the store vs. ordering online. I find the value of the customer service at Blu Dot, in person, and most notably at the Lexington Store to be well-worth the trip vs. just blindly buying online. They truly help deliver excellent customer service and are the reason why I would be willing to buy more furniture at Blu Dot. Especially in this day and age, customer servive has really hit a low given the ability to just buy-online for most purchases, but I still firmly believe if you are going to a furniture store its best handled with real people in person and I could not speak highly of the team at Blu Dot (led by Travis) at the Lexington Store
