This was an excellent experience from shopping through delivery. Alex at the Third Avenue store worked patiently with me and my mom. I was pleased the specific mattress I had researched — height and firmness — was available to be tested. Alex had set out disposable mattress covers on top of the bed before I even had a chance to sit on it. A small touch, but classy. There is only so much research you can do on a mattress before seeing it in person. Alex answered all our questions and explained how the warranty works. I appreciated that there was no “hard sell” — that was really what made me comfortable here. You can ask for a “no commitment” reservation they will hold for a day once you’ve gone over pricing and if you want to wait a beat before making a commitment. I decided to move forward, so we completed the purchase online. Delivery communication unfolded exactly the way I was told it would, and the guys were friendly and professional. All in all, a very positive and unstressful experience for a task that can be intimidating.

Reviewing service of third avenue showroom: Christopher was such a help. Very warm and welcoming right when I came in. He immediately understood what I was after. He was patient as I was torn between two levels of firmness. I left happy with my purchase and excited to try my new mattress! Very pleasant experience.

A quick detour to Saavata while in NYC turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made! Asya Pearson was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Her product knowledge was exceptional, she listened carefully to our needs, and never once made us feel pressured. She was patient, honest, and made the entire experience fun and stress free. Because of her, we walked out with a mattress and several other items we hadn't planned on. Saavata is incredibly lucky to have someone so talented and personable representing them. Highest recommendation!

Alex at Saatva was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire experience. He took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. The rest of the staff was also very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The showroom was clean and comfortable, and customer service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I was welcomed warmly by William who answered my questions and provided me the opportunity to test out the classic. I ordered the luxury firm classic and am happily awaiting its delivery after it is made by custom order in New Jersey. The store is beautiful and William is a delight. Stop in but be prepared to leave owning your brand new custom made Saatva mattress.
