Casper - 715 Lexington

I had such an incredible experience today at Casper that I’m now fully convinced I’ll be a casper customer for life. I walked into Casper on Lex to check out their pillows after buying their mattress from a furniture store (the cloud) and being AMAZED at how much better my sleep quality as improved since sleeping on my new mattress. I had the pleasure of working with Darryle and Maria who helped me in shopping for pillows and it felt like shopping with friends. I got to test the pillows and lay on them to get a better feel of what they feel like - where most stores typically just have them on the rack, casper had my exact bed and pillow so I can cosplay what it would feel like at home. Darryle and Maria were extremely knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming to the store and just overall a joy to work with. I feel like they really represented the Casper brand well especially since it was my first impression ever walking into a Casper store. I love this brand after that experience. I ended up purchasing one king cooling original pillow and one king hybrid cooling pillow. Incredible quality all around for both mattresses and pillows paired with top tier customer service. I already know how they will feel when I sleep tonight and am very happy with my purchase :)

Anna & the Caspar team were so helpful, patient, and kind! Coming into the store they provide a great experience trying the beds and pillows and they really encouraged us to take our time and make the right decision for us. We went back and forth between stores even and I never felt pressured by Anna or the Caspar team - they wanted us to get the best bed for our needs and I felt genuinely supported and helped. I am so so glad we chose the Caspar Dream Max bed - we’ve never slept so well, every night we get in bed and it’s the most luxurious wonderful feeling. Also, splurged for the adjustable base and it was so worth it - we can watch TV comfortably and, most importantly, if my partner snores I can click on snore mode. Couldn’t be happier with the service we got at Caspar and the bed we came away with.

I cannot say THANK YOU enough for Anna and the Casper team. A few weeks ago we came into the store and loved the snow Max, but ended up going with a different mattress because of price point. Looking back, this was a huge mistake! We had the worst experience at the another mattress store and Casper/Anna saved the day by quickly helping me pick the mattress I needed and I was able to take it home the same day. I was home with my new mattress in an hour. Anna is super knowledgeable and made the whole process stress free!

Kim and Maria displayed professionalism at the highest level. From the minute I walked into the store to the first time I put my head on my new pillows I was elated. I walked in off the street with a small passing desire to replace my mattress. Within minutes I felt like I knew them for a long time; immediately earning my trust. Having explained everything I decided to buy the SnowMax. Great call!! They advised me of the sales price and the bundle promotion thereby making things more affordable. The delivery service was excellent. Showed up on time, were pleasant and also professional. And then I got to sleep on my new mattress. Haven’t slept that well in years!! So, having walked in without any intention of replacing my mattress, the experience driven by Maria, Kim and Casper flipped me. I couldn’t be happier.

From start to finish Kim Zinzi made my experience at Casper simple, easy and she didn’t make me feel at any point she was trying to sell me the product. Her follow up was excellent as was the delivery and quality of my mattress. Extremely happy with my purchase.
