We recently moved into our home and the 2 gentlemen that brought my new furniture moved my old mattresses and built my new mattress set with no hesitation. They were quick and walked through how to use the features on the furniture as well. Definitely all stars ✨

More than awesome customer service! Sales members stayed after closing to ensure I was absolutely sure on choosing the right mattress. I went in about 7 minutes til closing just to look because I didn’t expect staff to stay after hours and take their time with me. I am so thankful because I was given a technology bed match. It gave the results of what type of mattress I needed and it was actually a perfect match! I tried mattresses that I thought would work for me and I was wrong! I am please that I went in because I was very happy with my selection. I can’t wait to sleep in my new perfect mattress! Thank you to the young man who helped me!

Terrible salesman. Worse manager. Too busy trying to make a sale to be upfront and honest about ALL costs. Salesman didn't even stay to complete paperwork with us. He left is at service desk and moved on to new customer. Ispent over $10,000.00 and had to pay an additional $500 to have my furniture delivered in town. They delivered it. They didn't unload it, unbox it or put the table and chairs together. Terrible experience and I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone.

Darrel's approach to us was excellent and professional. I am very grateful for his services at the Midland Tx location. My kids absolutely love their new bedroom set! I have Darrel's card and will most definitely seek him again in the near future to furnish the rest of my home! Thank you so much Darrel!
