Sales Manager Becky and Salesman Archie were absolutely the best! They are both very approachable and would recommend asking for either one of them immediately when going in door! Both very eager to help. Not sure if others were ready for lunch or they didn’t think I was a buyer. But sure glad others ignored me and was able to deal with Archie and Becky . Appreciate your customer service and will recommend you both highly! Bob Mills furniture is lucky to have at least two awesome salespeople there.

We’ve always had a great experience with Bob Mills and all of our furniture is from them. The only complaint I had about my visit this time was the sales guy that “helped” me handed me off and seemed like he was in a hurry to get every customer that was coming in the door. Told me the furniture had a 4 year warranty and it actually didn’t because it was black ticketed and failed to explain interest rates. The woman that took care of me actually did all the work.

Very surprised at the quality of furniture and the professional knowledge of our salesperson. Joe was personable, very knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to help us figure out our dream scenarios then made recommendations to fit in our budget. The bed matching system/evaluation helped us find a bed that my husband (who has chronic pain issues) can actually sleep in. Bob Mills is now our go-to furniture place and Joe is our expert whenever we have questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had exceptional service with our sales person named Robert McCoy. Went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and stayed in contact with me until we had everything in place and our bedroom set was complete. I will definitely be returning and asking him to be our sales person. If you want to find somebody that is going to make sure you are heard, go and ask for Robert McCoy

I have many back issues and had been shopping around for awhile for the right mattress. The salesman, Gabriel was very helpful in helping me find the right one and I am finally sleeping again!! Also the guys who helped load it were extremely helpful and patient as well. Bob Mills will be my go-to from now on
