Bob Mills Furniture

I recently stopped by Bob Mills in search of a new recliner for my den. When I entered, I received prompt attention. Steven, the sales associate who greeted me, gave me a quick tour of what I was looking for and then let me look around on my own without any pressure. He was available as I needed to answer my questions. I had a positive experience and was pleased with Steven’s knowledge and assistance. A thanks also to Gabby for the unexpected gift after closing the deal… thanks, again!

Sold us a sofa a year ago. The chaise side has caved in where you sit, and the other side is suffering as well. We purchased the 4 year warranty. I called and was told it's a sofa defect, they won't do anything. There was a one year manufacturer warranty that expired around a month ago, so I guess we're stuck with this now. This was a $1500 sofa ONE year ago. DO NOT GET RIPPED OFF or fall for their warranty. ***I did call back again and tried to redescribe the issue, offering to send pics. I was told they can send someone out to look, but there would be a charge, and if they could fix it, there be another charge.....

It was very happy with my furniture and my overall experience. Danny Talamantes was very helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions quickly and it was a very smooth process. He provides great customer service and didn't disappoint. Btw, I have also been helped by his brother Steven, the Talamantes brothers are the best! I recommend you talk to them. I will be shopping here again, and again thank you. ❤️💯

Larry Gaytan was very informative and very knowledgeable. We bought a couple of pictures and accents decor to add to our walls, etc! We will definitely go back for more

I bought a mattress today and the whole experience was amazing! I was honestly dreading having to look through a bunch of mattresses and deal with a pushy sales experience, but it was nothing like that at all. Archie was so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, and he made the process easy and stress-free. I left feeling confident in my purchase, and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to shop for sofas!
