Delivery of my sofa was PERFECT. Thank you We LOVE IT. Delivery guys were THE BEST.I did get more pillows. I just like it better with the 2 brown ones.

I had the BEST experience at Bob’s. I bought a living room set and the salesman and the manager couldn’t have been any more helpful and knowledgeable than they already were. I would highly recommend going to Bob’s. The quality and pricing are worth the trip.

I visited the store today and, upon entering, noticed three staff members at the front who looked in my direction but did not greet or acknowledge me. I continued browsing on my own until a staff member named Deshawn approached me and asked whether anyone had greeted or assisted me when I came in. When I told him no, he immediately stepped in and provided excellent customer service. The reason I am giving three stars instead of a lower rating is because of Deshawn's professionalism and willingness to help. While I understand that not every negative interaction is related to race, it can be difficult not to question it when you feel overlooked while others are acknowledged. Every customer deserves to feel welcomed when they enter a store. Thank you, Deshawn, for turning an otherwise disappointing experience into a positive one.

My wife and I had a great experience at Bobs Jim was very helpful and not pushy at all. If we had a question he was prompt with an answer. Unfortunately I don't remember everyone's name but all staff were great. Jim was who we primarily dealt with. We also received some help from Jay when Jim was not available one day. He was also a huge help. Friendly staff that gives you space. Having space was important to us so we could discuss things with some privacy. All in all the experience was great Jim was awesome and Jay was very helpful
