Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We visited Bob's after going to three different nearby furniture stores. We were greeted by Nafisa who quickly let us know she was there to help. She asked us what we were shopping for and took a few notes to let us shop freely without being hassle and questioned the entire time. She showed us a couch and left us to shop. She continued to check in and ask if we had questions. Nafisa had a lot of suggestions for what she thought would suit our needs. She was thorough on color options. Power and manual options. And styling options for our home. She continued to make us comfortable by offering a fresh hot coffee and what our home included like having dogs and kids. She gave us plenty of space to make decisions, ask questions and explore options. After we picked our new furniture she guided us along with her manager with pricing options as well delivery options. We absolutely would shop from here again and highly recommend Nafisa for your shopping experience. She was knowledgeable, respectful and wasn't pushy while thoroughly making sure our needs were met.

Great experience at Bobs discount furniture.. our salesperson Ally was excellent. She was so helpful and not pushy at all. Definitely will be back to work with Ally.

I had an outstanding experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store! From the moment I walked in, the staff Anthony/Queeny (@ 751 Horsham Rd. Lansdale, PA 19446) made me feel warm welcome and valued. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. The selection of furniture was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and offered at unbeatable prices. It’s rare to find such a combination of quality products and excellent customer service these days. I’m beyond happy with my purchase and highly recommend Bob’s Discount Furniture to anyone who wants great value and a five-star shopping experience!

The salesman Jim C. was super friendly and helpful. No high pressure. I told him what we were looking for (a sofa for my son's game roomthat could convert to a bed). The first thing he took us to was perfect! DONE! Quickest furniture shopping ever! THANKS JIM!

Nafisa and Queenie were AWESOME! The process was easy. Your website made our visit easy as well. We went to 2 other furniture stores, but came back to Bob's! From Queenie & Nafisa, to the entire staff at Montgomeryville and the ease of your web page, all took the anxiety out of furniture shopping for my wife and I! Thank you Bob's in Montgomeryville!! Now we're sing the song too ... "OH MY BOB!!"
