Kelvin was GREAT! He did not race to me like a car salesman when you step onto a parking lot, I LOVE that! He let me roam the store at my leisure, was always within sight to answer the many questions I asked. Kelvin was polite and pleasant to work with, made suggestions that were very helpful! I appreciate him not smothering me as I made my selections. It was like shopping at your favorite store no hassle just pick out item and purchase! Thanks Kelvin for reading the room and moving accordingly! Outstanding!

I walked in simply looking for a small table. Nothing too fancy. Just something to put on my porch next to my reading chair. I walked out with just the best little table I've ever had. The drawers actually click when closed to ensure they don't accidentally slide open. It's got a glass top and it's lighted. When I first saw it, I expected to pay close to $100, at least. I got this little bad boy for about $30. I'm very happy. I wish I could remember the name of the gorgeous lady that helped me, but I kinda forgot once I found out she had a man... lol. She was awesome. Took care of me every step of the way. Since our house recently burned down, we have been looking for places to help us refurnish our new home once it's rebuilt. Bob's Discount Furniture is definitely at the top of our list! Bear approved!

We have purchased several items from Bob’s recently. I have found the furniture to be of very good quality and hope to have it for many years. I also think their prices are very reasonable. Each associate and store manager I interacted with at 2 local stores have all been very pleasant and helpful. We had a minor issue with one piece upon delivery and customer service corrected it right away. They have made customer service a top priority which goes a long way with me. We shopped at several other stores before making a purchase and kept returning to Bob’s. I highly recommend them.

We had a terrible experience with Bob’s Furniture and hope others don’t have to go through what we did. We spent thousands of $$$ on a bedroom set, expecting good quality, especially since the showroom model looked well-built. Unfortunately, what we received was not the same quality at all. The showroom bed frame was assembled with screws, but the one delivered to us was built with nails, which felt cheap and poorly constructed. We just moved to VA. We are active duty military members and move frequently, so we purposely invested in a sturdy set. We also paid extra for white glove delivery and assembly. After waiting almost 4 weeks for delivery, the crew brought damaged furniture. A drawer in the bed frame and wood planks underneath were broken, and the dresser drawer was completely unusable. The delivery team said they would file a report. A week later, the replacement dresser arrived DAMAGED AGAIN WITH ANOTHER BROKEN DRAWER. On top of that, the delivery crew scratched our walls and doors while bringing the furniture inside and did nothing to address it. Customer service and communication were extremely poor. The delivery team never filed the report they promised, which delayed everything even further. We’ve now had to take multiple days off work and are being told they need to come a third time to replace the dresser. Time we WILL NOT get back. For the amount of money we spent, this level of poor quality, poor service, and lack of accountability is unacceptable. This has been the WORST furniture buying experience we’ve ever had. It’s a shame people are dishonest and have no integrity. We will not be purchasing from Bob’s ever again! Please don’t waste your time and hard earned money on this place. Update: Bob’s came to deliver a third time and the dresser drawer was broken AGAIN! They inconvenienced our family again on another day. We missed work twice already and gave up a Saturday to wait around for them to come. I have now been living without a dresser for over a month. We found out that there were broken panels under our bed frame and that there was missing screws and poles holding our bed together. The technician failed to tell us. My husband’s drawer under our bed broke and he didn’t even have anything in it because we were waiting for the correct installation. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND SELLS CHEAP PRODUCTS THAT DO NOT MATCH WHAT THEY HAVE IN THEIR STORE. This business is a complete SCAM! Do not buy anything from this store or you will regret it just like our family does. Never again will we ever purchase anything from Bob’s. Their standards are low for customer service, quality furniture, and honesty.
