I was looking for a sofa in mid-century modern for a few weeks. I didn't want to buy it online because with a sofa you really want to sit on it and make sure it's comfortable and durable. I'd visited practically every local furniture store when I saw a commercial for Bob's and decided to try it. Ellen Eck helped me find exactly the style I was looking for but I was unsure of the color and would need to change the color scheme of the room. Ellen talked to her manager and they went above and beyond by allowing me to take home a matching sofa pillow over a weekend to match colors while decorating. My sofa was delivered 3 days after purchase and I am completely pleased. I'm so satisfied with both the selection and the service offered by Bob's discount furniture. I highly recommend them and will definitely return.

Quick and easy process, no hassle. Our sales associate David was great. Bought couch for multi purpose room. Guest room/ play room for the grandkids. Couch opens to a queen size bed with storage in the ottoman. So far we are pleased.
