Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

My dtr & I had been to Ashley's furniture (Loran was nice) & Living Spaces (Jeff was ok). We got to Bob's Furniture & as we were perusing the kitchen tables, Jeffrey introduced himself w/ no pressure. He showed us this FABULOUS table & searched to see if it was available in counter height. I was iffy on the chairs but his reasoning, esp w/ cleaning convinced me. SOLD!! I was initially shopping for a couch in my room at the end of my bed, mine is SO OLD. He showed us 5 options w/o pressure & answered all of our questions. SOLD AGAIN! He was personable, funny, & patient. My dtr is looking for a bed frame & she found one she "sort of" liked. Jeffrey told her if she didn't love it out right, she wouldn't be happy with it long term, which is going on with the current one she recently purchased from Amazon. He assured her he would keep looking as he has a good idea of what she wants & he is going to call us when he finds more options. We WILL return to Bob's Furniture & will ONLY shop with Jeffrey. And the furniture is classy, sturdy, not cheap or poorly constructed. LOVE Bob's & esp Jeffrey!!!

We had a great experience at Bob’s Discount Furniture. We had an issue with a dining table shortly after purchase, and Bobby, the store manager, was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to listen to our concerns and worked with us to find a fair solution, ultimately replacing the table. We really appreciate the excellent customer service and how smoothly everything was handled. Highly recommend this location.

Jeffrey was awesome! I came in looking for two specific pieces and thankfully they had both and the delivery availability was convenient. The pricing also matched the quality of the pieces. So I’m happy and the finance process was also painless.

We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted. Found it quickly. Purchased our first Bob-O-Pedic Rug for our living room. In and out in less than 1/2 hour. It looks perfect.

Jeffery worked with us during our visit to Bobs in Murrieta. He was by far the most enjoyable person to have showing us the floor and all the options available to us. With his upbeat and enthusiastic demeanor his vibes were very inviting and we throughly enjoyed our furniture shopping experience and thanks to him and his expertise we were able to narrow down the perfect pieces to add to our new home. Don’t forget the prices were amazing. We love Bobs and we definitely appreciate Jeffery!
