Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I had a great experience at Bob’s Furniture in Palmdale. The store was very clean, organized, and had a large variety of furniture to choose from. The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, helpful, and took their time answering my questions. The prices were a little high for me since I have kids and have to stay within a budget, but I was still able to purchase a bed thanks to their financing company. The bed is made of good-quality material, very sturdy, and was easy to assemble. Delivery was available for a fee, and my bed was delivered within a week. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I would recommend checking them out if you’re looking for quality furniture and good customer service.

1st time ever visiting a Bobs. We went on Memorial day.Very nice inside. Greeted admittedly by Mel as We walked in she was the best! So nice and very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The Manager was nice too I happen to talk to him as well. He knew his stuff too. All the staff was very find. If you made eye contact with them they spoke to you which I love great customer service. Bobs had alot of options I recommend buying from here. The prices weren't bad at all ill defendly be coming back soon!

Bob's had a very niche piece of furniture that I wasn't able to find an alternative to anywhere else around the area. I got this TV stand chest combo that works great with my retro gaming setup. The prices weren't too bad either for the high quality of the piece. It's much sturdier than similar dressers I was looking for. They gave me the option to pick up the piece from San Bernardino which allowed me to get it faster than shipping, which was a plus. Assembly was very easy.

Eva was a big help and very polite. She was extremely patient and I was able to get my couch quickly during the check out. Bob's has so much furniture at a great price. I definitely would recommend shopping here! Plus the delivery team was very efficient! They cleaned up after themselves and helped move my other furniture so my couch and love seat could go where I wanted them! 100/10

Val was really super helpful and nice - she helped me find the bed frame I needed and helped make sure all the specifications were rignt as well as options for delivery and really just had great customer service. Bob's has great service in general and I love the snack bar! After looking at multiple other stores and not finding the kind of frame I needed with the delivery and setup options I needed, it was so nice to finally find something that worked for me. I can tell the furniture is good quality too.
