From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, patient, and incredibly kind, not only to me but also to my puppy, which meant so much to us. She helped us find the perfect living room set and the perfect dining room for our new apartment. She was encouraging, supportive, and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. She never rushed us or pressured us into making a decision. Instead, she gave us all the time we needed to feel completely comfortable and confident with our choices. Sarah was also fantastic at helping us decorate with accessories. She helped us pick out beautiful décor pieces from Bob’s, including a gorgeous picture frame that brought the whole room together. The entire set looks phenomenal, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. She was extremely detail-oriented and guided us through every step of the process, including the financing. When it came time to place the order and complete the purchase, she was incredibly thorough while also making the process fast and efficient. Since it was a holiday weekend and I had a million other things to do while packing for my move, I really appreciated how organized she was. She made sure everything was accurate, answered all of our questions, and had us in and out quickly without ever making us feel rushed. Her customer service was truly exceptional. She constantly made sure we were happy, comfortable, and that every piece of furniture was the perfect fit for our new home. Sarah genuinely cares about her customers, and it shows. She made the entire experience enjoyable, stress-free, and exciting. My puppy and I both felt so welcomed throughout the entire process. We are forever grateful for everything she did for us and truly appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and dedication. If you’re shopping at Bob’s Furniture, do yourself a favor and ask for Sarah.
