I described what I wanted, the price & height and he walked me to the perfect mattress. Me and my son has an amazing first nights rest on the new mattress! Prior to getting my new bed (a fancy one that I honestly didn’t think I would ever actually need until I began experiencing severe neck pain an entire year ago) I was beginning to lose hope because with everything being so expensive these days I thought I’d have to make a major compromise and get the cheapest bed available as I would have no other option. Thank goodness I didn’t need to make that decision because Graham was not only friendly and helpful (no fuss no frills no corny sales pitches) he worked with me to find the right bed of good quality and ultimately of best support for my pain relief needs that would be within my budget. Graham went above and beyond to see what kind of deals were available so that I can go home with a new quality and ergonomic bed that wouldn’t break the bank and he made it happen. Much to my surprise he was able to factor in the delivery of my bed to my house into the price (I was already preparing to figure out how in the world I was going to schlep my new bed in my small SUV) Again I didn’t need to worry about that because he just worked his magic and make it happen.
