Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We travel full time in an rv, and we needed two kitchen chairs that were decent and pretty light. We've been looking for months traveling around and actually found a really nice set here at Bob's.

The entire process of purchasing our new dining room set was flawless from the browse to our selection. George was right there to answer all questions to help us with our dining decision.

You know, I really thought we found somewhere decent to get our furniture only to be screwed over by their claims department. DO NOT GET THEIR PROTECTIION AS IT IS A SCAM!!! We had an accident while moving the couch and of course, after filing the claim, it sat for over a month. I reached out to them and they claimed to have sent an email to us. NEVER HAPPENED. They then talked me into opening a new ticket assuring me this was the only way to get this moving forward. Well, because of the new date, we now do not qualify as they are not considering the prior claim filed a month ago. We will be going to small claims court and can assure you we will win as everything we have is time stamped ready to go. Save the trouble and go elsewhere people.

My experience at Bob’s has been exceptional. Grorge assisted me from educating me on the coordinating furniture pieces through to the purchasing and coordination of the delivery of my new furniture. I cannot say thank you enough!

George was very. Helpful. I needed a reclining chair for my brother as he was moving to assisted living. George made several suggestions, knew the way each worked and took measurements for me. He was very thorough. I highly recommend asking for him at the Valencia location.
