⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience at Sleep Number. Juan took his time with us, was very patient, and made sure we understood all of our options. He was transparent about pricing and worked with us to stay within our budget, which we really appreciated. Juan was extremely knowledgeable and clearly knew what he was talking about. He answered all of our questions and helped us feel confident about the different Sleep Number products without any pressure. The store was clean, organized, and very professional. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and we left feeling well taken care of. We truly had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location.

We had such a great experience thanks to our sales rep! He was incredibly knowledgeable and so patient with both me and my son while we tried out different mattresses. My son isn’t the easiest person to convince to test out beds, but he actually got him involved and comfortable enough to really try them which says a lot! He took the time to explain the differences, answer all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. I ended up purchasing a mattress and I truly can’t wait for it to arrive. He also helped me find the perfect pillow and even followed up with me later that evening, which was such a thoughtful touch. Kind, professional, and genuinely helpful we really appreciated his service!

BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!! I purchased a sleep number from this location about a year ago. The pump is not working anymore so I called customer service and they were unbelievably rude. They made me pay for a new pump even though the bed is about a year old. Be careful buying these beds as now I see many people complaining the air leaks out and creates mold on the bed. I wish I never spend the money I did with this company. I submitted a complaint with the better business bureau. Save yourself from headaches and DO NOT BUY THESE MATTRESSES. SLEEP NUMBER DOES NOT BACK UP THEIR PRODUCT!

Juan went above and beyond. My husband and I went in feeling confident that we knew what we wanted and he spent time reassuring us through demonstration. He was patient and compassionate to our circumstances and needs. We can't wait for our new bed to arrive!

Well I ordered online and they took my money! Waited that day for a delivery date and time(next day delivery)on my phone but never came. Next day I called sit and sleep and they asked if it was on my receipt which I explained no it’s not. Then they told me that I would receive a phone call between 5:30 and 6:00 to discuss delivery time for the next day! That night I received a text with a time for the following morning. Well today they showed up with the bed frame only. What the heck is going on I said to the delivery drivers and they replied you only bought the frame….. well after showing my receipt they called and my mattress is being sent to the delivery service today and will be delivered tomorrow. So I’m sitting here waiting for my delivery time and date phone call or should I say text.Why would they send the frame only and want to take my old mattress that I paid to have removed when the order is not completed??? The delivery drivers were very good and respectful and is not at fault but man what a nightmare we will see what happens tomorrow!
