They took the time to help me visualize the couch in the layout I wanted for my home and even played around with different configurations so I could make an educated decision. They also assisted with measurements and clearly explained all the benefits and services that come with buying from Bob’s. The staff was very helpful. At times more than required. However their selection of price and furniture choices proved to be among the best. Recommend for the value.

Gail was extremely helpful! It's like the moment I walked in, she knew I needed assistance and was ready to support me in my search of a mattress. She was so respectful of my limited time and was very attentive to my needs. In no time, she found what I was looking for, and even went above and beyond to check if it was in stock and what a blessing because it was! I was overdelighted with the entire process. From entering the showroom, to exiting with my mattress in my trunk! I couldn't have been more satisfied! Gail is a super gem and I'm sure to return to Bob's in the near future!
