Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

This store was a pleasure to work with. From our salesperson Ramez to Marwin in customer service, the support was outstanding. If I had to do it again, I would make all my purchases at Bob's. As important as the quality of the furniture is and finding items that meet our needs, the customer support outshined every other store we dealt with. This includes stores that were much more expensive than the selection at Bob's. I would take customer support and service and rank that as #1 when making future purchases. Thank you Bob's and staff for making the shopping experience seamless. Other stores in Virginia need to take a lesson from you.

Can't wait for my new couch to be delivered! Allan was very helpful, funny, and very comfortable to work with and got me everything I needed. I appreciated that it was a low-pressure-to-buy experience as he helped me sort through different financing options so I could pay what was best for me. He was so helpful that I bought the one I wanted most the same day, since the price was just right. I was also excited that it could be delivered in just two days as they had it in stock. I had previously chosen the couch I liked best but had decided to wait to keep shopping. Maher was working that day and he was very helpful and I had a great experience with him too!

I had an excellent experience. My sales person, YAHYA, was the perfect person for me to work with! He was low pressure, but very Throughout with answering any questions I had. He gave me the space to walk around, talk with my mom, FaceTime with my son, and did not pressure me to make my decision. Because of the way that he treated me, and the amount of information he was able to provide me, I made my decision and bought the couch same day! Normally, I take a week or so to make a decision like this, but YAHYA made it easy! I would recommend anyone I know to go to Bob’s to buy their furniture, and to request to work with YAHYA!!! He’s an excellent person to have on the team! And by the way, I love my couch! The delivery was seamless, and the couch has exceeded all of my expectations!

My Bob's Associate, Rueben was extremely knowledgeable of the different nuances each type of Mattress provides. I feel confident that I made the best choice for my current physical needs. I was looking for a specific type and size couch, he knew exactly where a match was in the showroom. The dining table measurement had to be confirmed to fit in my apartment space. He sent an estimate with all the pieces I was interested in. When I came in to finalize my order, his recommendation for a protective mattress cover explaining how it was made and what it was designed to do was most appreciated as I am transitioning to apartment life. The step by step delivery process was explained fully. Looking forward to my new furnishings set up in my new place. A++
