Boll & Branch

Worst quality sheets I’ve slept on in 30 years! They feel like sandpaper on my skin. They don’t breathe and are extremely hot. Purchased Percale King set and extra pillow cases. I have washed them twice without any improvement. Their bogus marketing hype that they don’t rate using industry standard “Thread Count” data because they source the best cotton is bunk! The main reason I bought them was because they advertised that their sheets are Okeo Tex Standard certified in addition to being organic. There is no label data of it on product. There’s always a logo label when it’s Okeo Tex Standard 100. I always buy quality high thread count sheets but some of the brands I like haven’t gone to Okeo Tex certifications (no chemicals used to make them) yet, so I thought I would try B&B. Luckily I am in the 30 day / 30 nights sleep trial for 100% refund if not satisfied. That is the best part about this disappointing purchase. If you have always purchased high quality high thread count cotton sheets, do not waste your time and money with these sheets!

I really would like to give them five stars for quality but they have a major problem with customer service not knowing enough about how their blanket products are oversized and shrink and communicating the actual sizes of blankets on their website. I ordered a Queen/Double blanket. The sizing chart on their website says it is 96X96. It arrived 104x104, way too large for our queen bed. I called thinking it was a mis-sizing. It took 4 phone calls to both customer service and the Summit store to find out their all of their blankets come oversized and hopefully shrink to approximately the size listed on the website after a few washings. Unfortunately, ours has only shrank to approximately 99x101. I suggested they add info about the original sizing and the shrinkage on their website so customers understand what they are getting, and was told that was a great idea. However, now 6-8 weeks later nothing has been added to their website.

Thank you Phoebe! Phenomenal customer service experience at Boll and Branch. We knew we wanted the quality of Boll And Branch, but we were undecided on the exact direction we wanted for our bedroom. Then we met Phoebe. Phoebe is very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and patient. She went above and beyond and we couldn’t be happier!

The online store didn’t have what I needed. I’m so grateful that I called this store and spoke with Ellen. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for in the right combination and still benefit from the current sale. As a first time customer I’m thrilled and very excited to try this bedding!

Blown away by this location’s service. I was warmly greeted by Chris immediately upon entry. I explained to him I needed new sheets for the master bedroom in my Atlantic City beach house. He pointed me towards the Cooling Percale Sheet set. I ended up buying two sets and sending a third as a gift to my niece whose body temperature runs high due to an autoimmune disease. I will definitely be coming back to the Short Hills location for future bedding related purchases!
