After looking for a mattress for over six months, I finally purchased my mattress from The Boston Company. I have a joint condition and the salespeople were helpful with good suggestions. I went several times and they let me try each mattress for as long as I wanted. The cost was less than I expected, as well. The mattress is very heavy so I was concerned about the delivery, but the delivery people were great and had the mattress upstairs in no time.

We recently purchased our mattress after a very helpful shopping trip with Barry. He gave us all the info we needed then let us spend as much time as we wanted trying different things out. He wasn't pushy and he gave us space while still being readily available to answer questions.

I purchased a mattress with the help of one of the staff members named Barry at the store in Framingham. He was extremely friendly, and knowledgeable about the business - proving quite helpful with my final decision on purchasing or not. He provided all of the information (warranties, product description, and more) on the spot - making the purchase extremely easy. Just like most reviews for the Boston Bed Company, I will emphasize the great customer service you will experience along with a nice variety of mattresses, bed-frames, etc. I would recommend going to the Framingham location, and any other location after my experience there. They have real live cabinet beds that they will actually demonstrate for you! Just got it delivered, it's great. Folds out to a sturdy queen bed that is actually comfortable to sleep on. Sales staff very nice, no hard sell. They delivered and assembled on the second floor, on time, for the price quoted. Sweet!

Went to Boston Bed because we wanted a locally manufactured mattress, without the huge markups of traditional mattress stores. Boston Bed did not disappoint - my wife and I narrowed our selection down to a few mattresses on our first visit, gave ourselves a few weeks to think on it and make sure it was what we wanted. Our new mattress has been great, and we are very happy with it!
